PESA SA/NT Branch welcomed Peter Moore to present to their luncheon on 27 August. Peter has been touring the state branches following his recognition in 2023 as a National Geoscience Champion by the Australian Geoscience Council. Speaking on “Petroleum geoscience and the energy transition: a personal historical perspective and predictions for the future“. Peter’s tour finished up in Queensland as part of their annual Symposium.
Elinor Alexander, PESA Chair, was on hand to thank Peter for his talk.
Elinor was also delighted to present Jonathan Reeve with his 40-year PESA membership certificate.
