March saw exciting progress in geothermal projects in the region with Todd Energy announced as the preferred lead contractor for New Zealand's first superdeep geothermal exploration well, whilst I-Pulse and Sunrise Energy Metals announced a new partnership focused on the Millungera Basin Geothermal Project in northwest Queensland.
