TIME TO REGISTER – URGENT ACTION REQUIRED NOW

The Standard Registration fee ends on 18 January 2018, one month before the AEGC 2018 starts in Sydney at the International Convention Centre in Darling Harbour.

Assuming you were not a member last year, if you do the numbers you can join now or re-join, pay the PESA new member registration fee before 18 January 2018 and register for the Conference and still pay less to register than what you would if you waited a week. You get to go to 3 days of the most Technically Advanced Exploration Conference in Australasia ever run and you also get 12 months membership of PESA with all the rights and benefits that brings.

So if you want to compare costs of registration fees, the AEGC 2018 allows members and non members to pay to attend three days of the Conference for a fraction of an equivalent registration at the APPEA Conference in May 2018 and about 25% of equivalent Conferences run by commercial organisations.

For your money you have 8 concurrent sessions of technical exploration presentations across 3 major areas of exploration activity in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and South East Asia. The presenters are among the most brilliant minds ever assembled for an exploration conference in Australia and the venue is the most advanced facility constructed as a special purpose Convention Centre in the Southern hemisphere.

Oil and gas prices are all heading north as we write, with Brent close to US$70 and WTI maintaining itself above US$60. It is time to open the purse strings ever so slightly and get your people to this fantastic Conference.

Staff training and technical competency are ever so important in todays complex world, but so also is the confidence of your people in being up to date with the best technical information a Conference registration can buy. Believe me, you won’t regret it.

Come to Sydney. Come to our Conference. And come hear the music play.

Joint Chair AEGC 2018
