The 2025 PESA Deal Day is set to be a pivotal event for the international oil and gas industry, bringing forward high-quality exploration, appraisal, and development opportunities from both Australia and beyond. With a growing focus on sustainability, we hope this year’s event will include exciting prospects beyond traditional oil and gas, such as the search for hydrogen, helium, geothermal and other energy forms in addition to exploration and development projects for Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS).

Held in conjunction with the 2025 Australian Energy Producers Conference and Exhibition, PESA Deal Day ensures attendees have access to a wide range of industry leaders and experts. This combination of events presents a unique opportunity to network, gain insights, and discuss new and innovative energy solutions.

What to Expect

The PESA Deal Day will feature a series of short, 10-minute presentations by company representatives who will highlight the technical and commercial aspects of their exploration and development opportunities. These concise, data-driven presentations are designed to provide a snapshot of each project, followed by the opportunity for more in-depth discussions in private meetings with interested parties.

Additionally, presenters will have the opportunity to showcase their projects in the PESA Gazette at no extra cost, offering valuable exposure to a broader audience within the industry.

A stand-up lunch will be available during the registration period prior to talks starting, and there will be drinks available after the event.

Registration Details

For those interested in participating, registration fees are as follows:

  • Presenters (virtual or in person): $840
  • Attendees (in person): $450
  • Late Registration (after 19/05/2025): $550

It is strongly recommended that potential presenters secure their spots early, as spaces have filled quickly in previous years.

Sponsorship Opportunities

The PESA Deal Day also offers excellent sponsorship opportunities. Sponsors can choose from Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels, each providing distinct benefits. Sponsors will receive exposure through various channels, including the PESA Gazette, ensuring their company’s profile is front and centre throughout the event.

Gold Sponsorship: $2800. Includes one complimentary presenter registration (10 minute speaker spot), and 3 complimentary attendee registrations (total 4).

Silver Sponsorship: $1700. Includes two complimentary attendee registrations

Bronze Sponsorship: $850. Includes one complimentary attendee registration.
