The Board of Directors of Cooper Energy (ASX: COE) is pleased to announce the commencement of
Ms Jane Norman as CEO and Managing Director after the retirement of veteran industry stalwart David Maxwell.
Cooper Energy Chairman Mr John Conde AO commented: “We are delighted Ms Norman has commenced as the new Managing Director and CEO of Cooper Energy. Jane is highly regarded in the industry and her extensive experience makes her the ideal person to lead Cooper Energy as we pursue our strategy to become a leading Australian supplier of natural gas and to succeed in the energy transition.”
