VIC/TAS PESA-SPE-ASEG joint Christmas Lunch and Talk 2023

PESA VIC/TAS are holding a joint Christmas Lunch together with our friends from ASEG and SPE.

Before our lunch there will be a technical talk by Andrew Long (PGS), titled:

The Karma Sutra of Seismic

Andrew Long returns  for a joint PESA-ASEG-SPE Christmas event that must not be missed:

Drawing heavily upon subsurface images, videos, and a variety of questionable props, he will describe, in an accessible and entertaining manner, how an emerging collection of ultra-high-resolution (UHR) and low impact seismic technologies, augmented by AI and automation, promise to impact exploration and development programs across the energy sector. He promises to have something of interest for every discipline in attendance, with an emphasis of course upon an enjoyable lunch with friends and colleagues after a long meeting hiatus.
