Includes Voting Rights and Responsibilities. Available to persons involved in the Petroleum industry or who has relevant tertiary qualifications or professional experience. Also includes PESA News magazine subscription, Members Newsletter by email and Member Discounts on all PESA Event tickets. This is a new membership category and consists of an Active Member with not less than fifteen years’ experience who has, in the opinion of the Federal Executive, achieved prominence in the petroleum industry is eligible for election as a Fellow (FPESA) of the Society.
New members including current members who wish to apply will need to apply, upload CV and details of the PESA member who is seconding the application. Where the Fellow consents, PESA will list their name as a FPESA on the website. PESA will, where the FPESA consents, forward requests for involvement in Young Professional Mentor programs and may also request input from FPESA’s in government submissions and enquiries from time to time, where it has been requested of PESA and is appropriate within the framework of PESA’s constitution.
Fellows are eligible to use the postnominal FPESA. Governance oversight remains as per an Active Member. There is no extra cost for an application to FPESA.
When signing up, you will be asked for two referees and your CV. Please upload these in the requested fields. Fellow applications are assessed bi-monthly, please allow a two-month turnaround for approval. Until such approval, you will be approved as an Active Member
