The oil and gas industry faces an immediate challenge to ensure the continued flow of adequately skilled professionals to cater for the next 12 months that are expected to be a record-breaker for the Asia Pacific region, with Asian economies likely to represent half of the world's growth over the next five years and are expected to account for 75% of the overall global increase in energy demand.
