Abstract:
QGC is placing a significant emphasis on training to secure an operational workforce for its CSG-LNG project for over 20 years into the future.
While the oil and gas industry is being hit with the chronic skills shortage that is affecting the whole resources sector across Australia, QGC employs, and intends to employ, as much of its long-term workforce from the local community as possible, and has put strategies in place to take on graduates across its operations.
