Abstract:
Last issue saw me lording it up in the restaurants of Rome following a rather arduous geological tour of the vineyards of Umbria and Marche. This issue I write to you from the back blocks of Bendigo where I have had the dubious pleasure of sampling fish and chips processed through a blender and the only stones I have discussed have come from a gall bladder.
