Branch News: WA (Highlights)- PESA Rottnest Island Field Trip: On Sunday the 15th August 2021, the postponed PESA Rottnest field trip finally saw its day in the sun… quite literally! On one of the only sunny days in August, a group of 10 geologists enjoyed a glorious 22°C day cycling a total distance of ~17 km around the island stopping at several geological sites. The trip was led by the knowledgeable Professor Chris Elders from Curtin University.
- Joint Curtin student chapter event at Curtin University: PESA WA branch organised a joint Curtin University SPE and EAGE/SEG student chapter event on Tuesday 17th August held at Curtin University.
