Special Guest Presenter: Ishtar Barranco from ETSIG / Chevron Australia
The PESA WA Sedimentology and Stratigraphy Interest Group (SSIG) and the Energy Transition Special Interest Group (ETSIG) are inviting you to this joint core workshop where we will be looking at core from the Gorgon CCS project in Barrow Island. By looking at these cored intervals, attendees will be able to discuss the sedimentology and stratigraphy of the Jurassic Dupuy Formation in the Gorgon Data Well and the CO2 Reservoir Surveillance Well (C-RS2). The event will be followed by networking drinks at the Balmoral Hotel.
A chance to network with the other attendees and continue the discussion over drinks. PESA supplies nibbles, but drinks are at your own expense.
Please note that masks and proof of double vaccination will be required to enter the venue.
Don’t forget to book early as we have a hard limit of 22 attendees and every previous SSIG meeting has been fully booked out.
Member price $10 – if you can’t see tickets below, check whether you have renewed your membership this year.
This event is for members only. This is for insurance purposes. Please do not book on behalf of non-members. Please do not attend if you do not have a ticket.
