PESA DEAL DAY 2022

The 2022 PESA Deal Day will bring high quality exploration, appraisal and development opportunities from Australia and beyond to the attention of the international oil and gas industry.  The Deal Day is held in conjunction with the 2022 APPEA Conference, thereby ensuring a wide exposure to industry leaders.

Company representatives will review the technical and commercial aspects of their opportunities via short presentations, using selected data.  There will be time during the seminar to discuss additional details with interested parties in private.

Each presentation will run for 10 minutes maximum.  This provides the opportunity for many and varied presentations.

Presenters (virtual or in person): $740

Attendees (in person): $390

Attendees (in person) after 08/05/2022 : $490

Attendees (virtual): $330

Information for Presenters:

Talks are limited to a very strict 10 minutes. Presenters will be given a warning at the 9 minute mark and will be expected to wrap up at 10 minutes. This allows for the maximum number of speakers possible.

NOTE: ALL POWERPOINT AND PDF FILES ARE DUE ON 02 May 2022 (two weeks prior to Deal Day).

A dropbox folder will be created and shared with each presenter. Presenters must ensure that files are loaded into this dropbox folder by 02 May 2022.

PowerPoint presentations: We MUST have a version of your ppt by the specified date so that it can be queued up and tested on Wal’s laptop. While there isn’t time to load and set up a PowerPoint presentation on the morning of the event, it is a quick process to replace the PowerPoint with an updated file. Wal is happy to do this on the morning if you bring your presentation to him on a usb. Presenters must arrive early at the venue to allow Wal time – remember there may be more than one presenter needing files replaced.

If there is not a PowerPoint version of your talk in the folder by the allocated date, your presentation fee will be refunded, and the presentation spot will be given to the next person in line (there is always more demand than spots available).

PDF of presentations: All pdf versions of presentations must be in the dropbox by 02 May 2022. There is no opportunity to modify these after this date.

If there is no pdf version of your talk in the folder by the allocated date, your talk will not be included distribution of presenter presentations to delegates.
