Messages from David Falvey, Federal President.- PESA SUPPORTS "DISCOVERY 2000" INITIATIVE: In April the NSW Minister for Mines, Mr. ian Causley, wrote to me seeking PESA's view on a proposed new initiative of the NSW Department of Mineral Resources. This initiative, known as "Discovery 2000", aims to "turbo-charge" the minerals and petroleum industries in NSW by providing an exploration incentive package.
