Abstract:
In order to encourage the wider participation of PESA members in determining the content and style of this journal, and to provide an opportunity for the expression of opinion, it is proposed to start a 'Letters to the Editor' section. This new feature could begin in PESA Journal No.5, September 1984, if suitable correspondence is received in time.
