Abstract:
The Camarvon Basin is one of Australia's most prolific oil and gas provinces. Discovered field total reserves for the Dampier Sub-basin alone are estimated to around 800 MMbbls oil equivalent and 24T cl of gas, situated from the Rankin Trend in the northwest to the Enderby Terraces in the southeast. Successes are dominated by the NWS Group and Harriet JV whose highly developed infrastructure provides the production backbone from the basin.
