PESA WA SSIG 2nd Meeting

For the second meeting of the PESA WA Sedimentology and Stratigraphy Interest Group, we will be looking at one of the classic cores from Western Australia, Hovea-3, along with core from the recently drilled Mondarra-7 well. While we will get to see the Permo-Triassic boundary in all it’s glory, the main focus of this meeting will be looking at changes to shallow marine conditions in a marine transgression, with the shallow marine sands of the aptly named Dongara Sandstone showing lovely…
